TMK-INOX celebrated the 10th anniversary

TMK-INOX, a part of TMK, held events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of its foundation. It was built up in 2009 on the basis of pipe-drawing shop No.3 of the Sinarsky pipe Plant (SinTZ).

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of TMK Dmitry Pumpyansky congratulated the plant’s employees. “TMK-INOX today is a modern, high-tech, and efficient enterprise that reliably meets the needs of the Russian economy strategically important sectors – the nuclear industry, energy, chemical, and oil & gas machine building – for stainless tubes. High quality and innovativeness of the TMK-INOX tubular goods have become a real brand recognized and respected by the most demanding customers not only in our country, but also abroad,” he said in welcome speech.

As a part of the anniversary festivities, 40 employees of the plant received industry and corporate awards, including the TMK Merit Badge of the II (second) order and the title of TMK Distinguished Employee.

The enterprise also hosted a conference with the participation of the TMK-INOX tubulars consumers, during which the issues of current and future cooperation were discussed. The conference participants visited the production sites of TMK-INOX and pipe rolling shop No.3 of SinTZ.

TMK-INOX produces cold-worked, hot-rolled and welded tubes made of stainless steel grades in accordance with international standards DIN EN, ASTM, Russian standards and specifications.

Today, the plant is developing a system of lean production; projects are being implemented to improve product quality according to the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Work in the field of health and safety at work is carried out on an ongoing basis in accordance with the best practices of the World Steel Association. Since 2016, TMK-INOX has been participating in the annual Steel Safety Day, which is confined to the World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
