TMK announces personnel changes at TMK-INOX

TMK announces the appointment of Alexander Borshchevsky, who previously worked at the enterprise as Deputy CEO of Economics and Finance, as the CEO of TMK-INOX LLC from March 12, 2014. Leonid Marchenko, who held the position of Director General of TMK-INOX, stepped down by mutual agreement of the parties.

The decision to appoint Alexander Borshchevsky was made at a meeting of the board of directors of TMK-INOX LLC.

Alexander Viktorovich Borshchevsky was born in 1975. His job history associated with the Sinarsky Pipe Plant and its divisions. He worked at the Central Factory Laboratory since 1998, at ZAO Trade House SinTZ he worked his way from Manager to Deputy Financial Director - Head of the Economic Department. Since 2001 - Head of the Planning and Economic Department at SinTZ, since 2008 - Deputy Director of Economics and Finance at LLC "Mechanical Foundry". He joined TMK-INOX in 2010.

TMK-INOX LLC (Kamensk-Uralsky, Moscow) is a joint venture of TMK and the state corporation RUSNANO, founded in December 2009. The company produces cold-worked, hot-rolled and welded tubes made of stainless steels and alloys for the fuel and energy complex, nuclear and defense industries, machine-building, petrochemical and food industries.
